If I design web graphics for a client, do I have the legal right to use them ONLINE in my PORTFOLIO?

2. What if the graphics contain TEXT that my CLIENT provided?
3. What if the graphics contain ONE IMAGE that my CLIENT purchased online and provided to me for use on the design?
